Anyone else have video backgrounds suddenly stop working?

All video backgrounds in Discord (Windows 10 app ) including Blur, stopped working. When I select one of those options in either the Settings or in a video chat, the application freezes within seconds, and restarts.
I do no think I changed any discord video setting, or my hardware setup that might have caused this. My camera drivers are up-to-date, and I don't recall changing any of its settings. (it's a Logitech C930e).
This happened to me some weeks ago. I'm wondering if it was a bug in an update?
I wanted to check in first with the community before filing a bug report.
