Well, if the 2fa gets disabled, it doesn't delete in your authenticator app. So you could have your authenticator app have a code, but it be disabled or changed in your account, iirc

Authenticator desync is still a thing, it's one of those things that can happen. It really shouldn't on cloud based but on hardware based ones it was a pain to get it back in timing...
2FA doesn't delete itself unless you tell it to.... otherwise no one should use the product.

And it's impossible to have 2FA configure itself at all. It's why I go through a 6 month 2FA reset to ensure nothing bad happens

If you don't have the backup codes which it told you to keep it in a safe location and your 2FA doesn't work then (for some reason I get told off) it's pretty toast since Discord themselves won't remove it on the account unless it was "hacked" but fat chance

Hello everyone ! I got some issue with the onboarding of my server and idk what to do
I recently found out that my server has the GUILD_ONBOARDING_EVER_ENABLED feature, which apparently means I can’t fully disable onboarding anymore.

The problem is this: with onboarding disabled, not all channels are shown by default (whereas on any normal server they should be). So I thought, okay, I’ll enable onboarding and configure the default channels there. But that doesn’t work either: the same channels always show up by default, and they’re not the ones I want.

So basically I’m stuck with the downsides of onboarding without actually wanting to use it and if I do try to use it, it doesn’t change anything anyway.

Does anyone know how to actually change which channels show by default for new members? Or how to properly fix this?

Discord reports work yes, I recommend you to report and then block them, steam has nothing to do with Discord support so idk why you brought that up as well as lunar client? Idek what that is.

What you can also do is in User Settings > Content and Social you can turn off DMS, enable filters and what not aswell. And if this is happening in a server then you should report to server staff too.

Is there any way to make it so that users with the same role on a voice channel cannot kick or mute each other, but they can still do that to users with lower roles?

I’ve already tried everything – changing role hierarchy, channel permissions, and role settings – but users with the same role can still move each other in voice channels if they have the Move Members permission.
