No point in wasting anyone's time when most of the time is it, in fact, just user error or people misreading/not knowing where to find troubleshooting guides.

It happens in this server as well. People come with a problem, describe it, and leave out the most crucial part just for us to discover 20 minutes in all they had to do it restart Discord.

Not even a few days ago, someone came in and described a problem with a third-party plugin, got told "thats not a Discord problem, uninstall your client" and went "i don't have a third party client", when in fact, they did have one installed and seemingly didnt even realize they did that at one point. Can't blame any support pipeline for eliminating the stupid first.
