Question regarding the discord app directory feature. My server experienced a spam wave by an application. The weird thing is, all roles in the server have "Allow the use of external app" permission set to OFF. DIscord support is pretty nice, you are just angry you got banned.

Because they send you an automated response when your appeal has been denied or to confirm they recieved your ticket.

You are supposed to send one ticket and it can take multiple days or weeks because of all the work they have.
