If you're referring to /wordle, this is not able to be disabled. It is a built in Discord command that is enabled by default. The best thing I can suggest is to make a dedicated channel for the game and take action on anyone that isn't using said channel to play the game.

Hello everyone I'm looking for some help setting up a discord server please, roles, bots permissions etc etc I need some guidance and some support because I need to if possible have it built ASAP I have limited knowledge of discord I am able to learn but will be quicker with good hands on guidance, maybe lots of pms and also joining the server to assist.

Always do roles first, set them up first so categories and channels are easier to configure. Doing it the other way is way more time consuming.
Don’t give people admin if you don’t trust them.
Bots are up to you as to what your community needs

@meager monolith thank you I have created the roles and the channels I am at adding the permissions I probably should have done the permissions for each channel at the time creating the channel. Yes trust is massive because this is to be used by a game development company and will have behind the scenes information and media about future updates not public knowledge, game testing, many pvt things I reached out to a few good friends from a few years ago who I would trust with a free reign but thank you it's important to remind people how unsafe things can be.

I think I may have already done it the long way round with the channels haha only 4 roles and about a dozen channels

And here is a good tip: Don't create more channels than you need. Think about when you view the channel list from your phone, if you can't see the point of interests like a general chat channel easily then no one can.

You will NEVER get Staff back... That is one of the restricted ones. ... Too many frauds and scams were committed by users with STAFF server tags.

Well 3rd party clients aren't allowed, if anything you should report a message where they say they use them, but discord only has it in their TOS to cover themselves in case something goes wrong with your account.
