Reports are never false. You joined a server which broke ToS. Looks like your account is just limited for now but it will be banned if you continue to join such servers.

If you don't remember joining such servers, look at the applications you authorized and remove any app with "join servers on your behalf" permission

I am sorry for your friend who had to experience this, but unfortunately there's no other way to get support from discord regarding the issue.
I suggest reaching out to the local authorities i.e. cyber crime branch since you mentioned the issue is not "light"

Also tell her to leave the server if she hasn't yet. It's definitely not a place she should be in where she isn't heard

thank u❤️ ive been telling her to yk take legal actions but she is too good hearted and she’d just want to fix this informally, talking etc. But the mods didnt help her into this😭 instead, when she tried to contact one of the bullies via pm to fix things without having to go through legal ways, they banned her for “harassment” (note: she was polite, didnt use any bad word) LIKE!?? And in the meanwhile the bullied are still inside, unpunished, talking bad abt her. for some reason all the custom emotes from all servers are not showing to me, they're showing as blank or a broken picture icon.

i uninstalled discord reinstalled same thing..

deleted cache files, now some emotes (like a few) show but the majority still dont.. and servers list all have blank pictures so there's no way to differentiate them at a glance, id have to hover and read names.

my connection is through an Ethernet port that connects to a fiber internet, i play games on it just fine with a very stable ping and packet loss.
the emojis are not mine, they are from various servers. even the ones in this server do not show for me

By famous I mean Google, Apple, Amazon...etc level famous. Google has a relatively new server which was verified recently after the verification program ended
