Hi there , just found out about this server . A friend of mine got his 5 year old account banned for ban evasion. He has never made jokes about his age or sent anything even remotely close to nsfw or been in sketchy servers . He had 0 warnings prior just a random ban out of the blue and discord support hasnt responded in over almost a month. Is there anything else we can do from our end or do we just have to wait?

His 2017 alt also got banned when he tried to login from it right after for the same reason . Is that shadow ban or something becuase its confusing.

According to discord shape.inc used discord data to train their AI's, which from what i know is impossible unless they stole data from the API, which in any case isn't the fault of all the 200 000+ users. who did so unknowingly.

As far as I know some have only received a warning email notifying them that their bot was terminated.
(Not everyone has received this email).

It dosen't seem that you will get your account banned unless you continue trying to use your shapes.
