The issue for you specificity is that it’s been two months
In that time even with a support request if they haven’t gotten back to you it’s likely they just didn’t see it (it happens)

But you didn’t really pester them, so I doubt you’ll get it back even going through support

The average support agent (in my opinion) likely wouldn’t recover your account

then ban them from your server and afterwards check every role permission and every channel/category permission overwrites to be sure no one can use external apps in "non-ephemeral" mode
