I sent a ticket explaining the situation, my username and an ID document with my face (a selfie) as they asked me, but they only automatically replied that they didn't have enough information to verify it. I tried to contact Discord directly, but it didn't work and I recently wanted to log in to see the reason for the ban once again, that is, the message to also send a screenshot to Discord support, but it tells me that my backup codes for FA2 are invalid. • They banned the person who reported the violations (claiming ban evasion)
• They bulk deleted messages that contained the evidence WHILE the ticket was still open
• Only after removing the evidence did they close the ticket

My understanding is that this sequence left only the moderator's interpretation in the final ticket, with none of the original evidence. ???

Is this a common practice? It seems like this order deliberately prevents accountability or review by removing evidence during what's supposed to be an "active investigation".

suddenly someone who is boosting your server decides to move or cancel one of their boosts that was active on your server

i completed a 1 day of nitro quest yesterday at 10pm PST, it said 1 day on the redeem screen when i redeemed it and activated the credit. 1 day, which implies 24 hours, but it is now 10:39 am PST and I check my nitro timer and its at 1 hour left, is this 1 day of nitro actually less than 1 day? and if so why isnt the time listed actually honest in the several times it tells you the duration of oyur credit? seems like a lack of integrity.
