I've been able to find some posts online with your issue, though all fairly recent. One of the suggested solutions is to disable hardware accelaration in affected applications. It seems to be some kind of issue with graphics drivers and 24H2 as far people speculate.

Odd question - does anyone know how to get discord notifications to pop on mobile but disable specifically the notification sounds for messages on the desktop version of the application? It seems like when i disable the "sounds" in the notification settings on desktop it also disables the notification on my phone.
(im often using discord on my phone and have my laptop next to me and its annoying when im getting beeps and bloops on there for a conversation im having on my phone)

i tried disabling discord's audio output in windows since it registers it as two applications but that usually undoes itself after a restart, which isn't ideal

Trying again - odd question - does anyone know how to get discord notifications to pop on mobile but disable specifically the notification sounds for messages on the desktop version of the application? It seems like when i disable the "sounds" in the notification settings on desktop it also disables the notification on my phone.
(im often using discord on my phone and have my laptop next to me and its annoying when im getting beeps and bloops on there for a conversation im having on my phone)

i tried disabling discord's audio output in windows since it registers it as two applications but that usually undoes itself after a restart, which isn't ideal. Disabling all notification sounds in the settings appears to work on all devices

Hey everyone. Recently I've been having an issue with discord. Whenever I am in vc, everyone is telling me that I sound like a robot. When I am tabbed in out of certain things like a video game or something, my mic seems to take priority and will only work if I have that certaqin game tabbed into. I only have this issue when I am in a discord call. This does not affect my job when I use zoom. Any advice?
