Unfortunately there is no set response time for age verification, usually Discord will get back within a couple weeks. You'll most likely be asked for proof of ID and the account should then be reinstated. Each individual situation is unique of course.

See if this works:

Search for discord and right click DEL. Then start and login again.

According to message history in this channel, this seemed to help someone with the same issue (blank screen)

go into your cmd and delete all of the Discord cache by typing del C:\Users%username%\AppData\Roaming\discord do not replace the %username%, it will do it automatically.

You can try running C:\Users%username%\AppData\Local\Discord & del C:\Users%username%\AppData\Roaming\discord to competently remove Discord from your computer.

And then after all that you reinstall

no one other then discord is to be blamed, when you roll out a feature to a specific people which no one know the criteria of and then suddenly stop without any update, black markets are going to be increased. no matter how much people are warned if a feature exist for almost half a year and very few have it, theyll pay for it. since discord deliberatly creates black market, and the most famous guilds that sell and buy other guilds still exit after probably more then 10,000 reports, the tos doesnt matter at all in the end

Discord does care about all of this, the rollout for guilds was paused due to the amount of guilds being created, it's still an experiment to get feedback but was so popular. The Terms of Service does matter, if you're violating it then it will get dealt with, it might not be instant due to understaffing issues in that department but at least they are trying. You can't say that Discord doesn't care if you base it simply on the fact that the company is simply unable to deal with the amount of users they have to keep in check.

And mind you, users are to blame for what they do, it's simply common sense not to violate the Terms of Service and the Community Guidelines, but since external platforms don't keep to what is okay to do on platforms such as this... since they don't own the platform nor care. It's always going to happen

So next time when commenting with false information, make sure to check it first

I have a user who the audit log shows was kicking users from calls. It seems pretty extensive, over 30 times in a 7 day period.

I noticed this and confronted them (I checked audit log because it was getting annoying having to drag users back into a role only call) and they said it was an issue with their pc, more specifically said it was their ram. and that it would kick users from calls when they attempt to join. As far as I know, ram physically cannot cause this issue, but i wanted to dig a little more into if the issue described is even possible.

To me it feels strange that they'd just keep trying to join the call 30+ times and not say that they're unable to join. I guess my question is, is this issue possible? Discord didn't have many suggestions for me other than asking the user who's disconnecting others to provide a clip showing the issue, but they won't do this.

I don't really believe them, and I'm suspecting abuse of roles. The problem didn't occur again after removal of their permissions to kick users, but it may be because they no longer attempted to join vc, as they were upset with my decision to remove permissions.

I felt confident with discord support saying they feel the user is doing it intentionally, as it shows as their action in the audit log.

That being said, the user doing it is very upset with me and continues to say they aren't lying. I'm beginning to feel bad. Curious if anyone else has experienced something like this at all? Let alone to this extent.
