They only reply to tickets from ~9:00 AM to ~5:00 PM local San Francisco time (where Discord HQ is located) on Mondays to Fridays -- so it can take up weeks before you get a response, as you aren't the only one submitting a ticket to Discord Support (you are put in a queue and they go from top to bottom, whoever created their ticket first)

No, Discord does not have any form of live support through e.g. DMs. The support form at https://dis.gd/contact is the only way to get in touch with Discord Support. Be patient, wait for a response, and if its an automated response, then reply back to that mail that your issue is still not resolved and explain again what your issue is and what kind of help you need from them, so do NOT make new tickets everytime as Discord Support will simply mark any of those new ones as solved!

It's not complicated to guess, Discord has millions of users and the support team has to deal with thousands of tickets, obviously there is a queue and it's not because you're the first to be dealt with... there are a lot of people before you that are being dealt with, and that's why it usually takes a while for them to respond.

anyway, any company will bar you from service if you chargeback after paying for said service. i was banned from battle.net for doing it.

• from your banks perspective, they don't care about any of this. all they care about is the security of your account, which has been compromised.
• discord cares about their money, which they had to give back.
• your friends account is a causality because of previous mistakes leading up to bank account being compromised.

the discord account will likely just be banned in any scenario, even if you were to reach out to discord. you could call your bank and say you actually recognize the charge, assuming they're still in their investigation stage in hopes they cancel the chargeback and end the investigation. but i would let them finish it and get you a new card.

Nothing works. Other members of my server are able to reorder channels. I've tried transferring the server ownership and that person is also able to reorder. While I can't.
I've tried in different servers and I was able to reorder.
