Recently I made changes to my personal server which involved switching the current rules channel to a separate rules channel. I initially set the old channel as private, then moved it back to public.

I changed the designated rules channel in community settings to match the changes, however I was unable to reflect these changes in the server guide, as it gives me an error of having incorrect permissions for both the To-Do list and resources, however it should be set up right.

It doesn't let me delete the channel in question or disable the server guide. I have also tried adding in the new channel, however it doesn't let me make any modification to the server guide, as it gives me the error instead. I tried fixing it by enabling the 'must accept rules' function in the safety setup, but it didn't work.

Any help or advice would be appreciated, as I cannot make any edits to the server guide now.

I honestly wouldn't know what causes it, it's all running fine.
But I can probably suggest a few things:

It's DNS issues,
The client isn't able to communicate to that route,
Slow internet or a significant amount of dropouts.

But this seems like a client issue, not a Discord issue as the billing route does work for multiple people.

Try on the web app.

If all else fails then check if your network isn’t actively blocking it or inspect element for any errors when attempting to load that specific page.

I might also add a fix too, which relates to the filename call being problematic with the .csv being the only one, you could just append to the value of said file name with the .csv file type, so you can just call for instance 1 instead of 1.csv

Apply exceptions to the code, as it seems to crash out right with an error making user experience painful,
Make sure the code itself doesn’t need to apply again within the main function as indicated with the data_a and tvec_a… in other words have the function deliver the return needed.

Unfortunately there's not many good free places to host a bot. Oracle's free tier is probably the best. Another. One common alternative is to host it on a raspberry pi or old laptop at your home. It's worth noting, that's also technically not free because electricity.

More low cost options are to get a more general purpose VPS from places like Linode or Digital Ocean (or any of the thousand other VPS options out there.)

Finally, and this would probably be the cheapest option for a small bot if the workload suits, would be to use server less functions like AWS Lambda (paired with a cheap AWS database like dynamodb for maintaining state.) That should honestly cost less than a dollar per month.

Coming in to also assure you this is 110% a scam. If Discord were to message you, it'd have the System tag, not a Bot tag. Also, a real nitro gift would have the claim button as an in-app button, not an external link (which is what the square with an arrow means on that button.)

Clicking that will most likely take you to an oauth2 page that will ask you to authorize an application. That app will then forcibly join you to servers, not let you leave, and spam messages to people until you find and deauthorize it. Some more aggressive versions of this will also try and trick you into revealing your credentials or log your token.

Discord support emailed and revoked my ban!
That's great, I instantly tried to access my unlocked account and changed phone number (again), then I had a look to my chats for roughly 5 seconds to be kicked out automatically from my account and... being banned, again?!
I didn't even look to the chats, I literally just logged in and changed phone number for authentication.
Anyway, at least I had a glimpse of hope and I'd really love if Discord support will succeed in figuring out what is automatically banning me for no reason.

The user called Chief is my right hand and friend, so that's why he deleted and banned those users. The user called _unexistent is the main raider, he harassed and abused his admin powers to mute an Ally for a whole day and removed his roles, not only did he do that, he also gave a member moderator perms for no reason at all.

That's not how it works. If they are logged out then any bearer token that was generated would be null. Also don't ask people to extract their token.

I have an issue where discord wont open on my safari, or the app. ive tried reinstalling it, restarting my phone, and nothing works. Every other app is working just fine. I've done most of what google has told me to do but nothing is working.

Okay, I can address the first part. Yes in the past images did cause Discord to crash, it's becoming exceedingly rare for Discord to crash to those "crashers".

However, Discord crashing from an image/message and exposing a bearer token is completely false which also includes (Within that statement) email exposure isn't possible unless you directly authorized an app (With the email scope) or you downloaded malware which then exposed the bearer token itself.

Do the smart thing and don't fall for what seems like copypasta and disinformation. There is in no way any security based vulnerabilities to date that can do that through DMs or messages unless you click on some scam link or download things from untrusted sources.
