He is unable to boost the server again without paying for more boosts, it says that in 2 days the server will level down.
Does anyone know how he can get his boosts back / re-apply them again?

Depends on where it connected to you. It doesn't automatically connect you to the nearest unless you're the first one in the channel.
But if this problem still continues then it's probable that it's your connection speed and/or the bitrate on the channel itself.

That's reasonable, but out of curiosity, did you contact Discord first, or at least at the same time? That'll lead to more likely positive outcomes I expect, because it wouldn't feel like backpedaling at that point. Also, a lesson, I'd get a credit card for online purchases for this reason. That gives you a much easier buffer to dispute the charge through less aggressive channels without the money having been pulled from your bank account yet. If you can't get a credit card for whatever reason (although, really, it's pretty important to have one for your own protection nowadays), using a card proxy service will also help, because while they charge through to a debit card, you can put specific limits on the amounts to help prevent things like this.

Yes, I put in a hacked ticket (two) within an hour. The one for the hacking, then for the disablement because I thought the hacker had done it, then received the chargeback term notice and then put in the appeal. So all within a span of two hours.

I do not use a credit card for several reasons, but haven’t looked into card proxy. This is the first time in 15 years I’ve had an issue like this, and PayPal had been a sufficient source of protection. Chargebacks and disputes have never been an issue, but it is what it is. The radio silence and long turn around time is what’s most frustrating, especially since I had done my nitro back in April. Then their Contact on my other ticket said accounts are unrecoverable after 15 days, and then others have said that’s not the case. The lack of solid information is what’s frustrating. God knows I deal with that in my day to day with my own clients
