So I have a really unusual question, I was looking around online about it but couldn't find anything directly related. We have a fully bosted server with a loaded soundboard. I have a guy on our server, correct roles and permissions, should be able to access the soundboard. But on the bottom left of the GUI, those four buttons below the "voice connected" area. He only has 3. And the 4th for the board isn't there.

Does anyone have a clue on how to make it appear?

His client is fully updated. He can adjust soundboard volume thru settings. But he can't pull up the play menu because the button is not there.

basically, they didn't even try to understand my side and already said they won't do anything about it
since then I found out the reason why they understood that I had "violated the terms of service or community guidelines"
and to my surprise, it was a picture that at first glance doesn't look like anything that should lead to my account being disabled.
but then I understood, in the image there is a woman bathing and a boy (who was in no way in a vulnerable situation or anything like that, the kid only shared the same space as this woman who apparently was his mother)
it was a discord recognition error, in which they thought the image contained something related to bad situations with the child
I have already tried to communicate about this by opening a second appeal with support but I have not gotten answers so far, and now I am disbelieving that I will even be able to recover the account
I will be very sad if I lose the account for a mistake that wasn't even mine. I invested 6 years of my life in this account, there are things I can't afford to lose like that.

sounds like a network/firewall issue at this point. you can try to clear discord cache by navigating to %appdata% and deleting all files in the cache folder.

It's been nearly a year since the release of 500mb file size uploads for Nitro users.
What is the official reason for files over 100mb still not having the embed feature?
And roughly when can we be expecting for the 500mb file size limit to get the embed feature?
Embedding would prevent people from needing to download a file, open external software and deleting the file again.

Can anyone help me with my server? Ive got one for my local gaming group. Made a role called the "mod role" short for moderator role. Usual rule of thumb when dealing with tech support as the actual technician, most times you want to still have some form of contact at least stating “we’re looking into your issue, sorry it’s taking so long” and give following updates, even if it’s every few days, I’m personally going on day 6, literally 0 contact… 13 days is even more absurd where I wouldn’t label them as support
