In Onboarding even when advanced mode is enabled (which promises to account for channels granted from Questions) it only accounts for 1 channel being grantable out of the 4 I configured. Due to that, no matter what I do it forces me to select 5 chattable channels as default, because if I select any of those 4 channels, it throws away consideration of Questions. how to fix this?

A workaround is channel perms so you still have some control

Go to server settings > scroll down > onboarding. Make sure you meet all the requirements to be able to complete it

We don't actually see it but yes, emojis aren't simple characters and often counts as two. For example, there can be one for the skin tone then one for the emoji shape.
If you're on computer, you might be able to select just one of them from 😮 .
