That's Graggle btw. This one is Graggle - 07. If you scale the image in the Figma project, the lines will stay the same width so when you increse the size of the pfp the lines won't be as thick as they're supposed to be. You can also check the interaction info on the message (before deleting it) to confirm which user did the command (if you ever want to allow commands in some channels and moderate manually those that abuse it)
