He's like nah, this dude aint getting his keyboard today. I finna hold onto it some more
Omg
These deliveries have me on edge
He drove past my house
I saw him
And now he's like 5 min away.....
It's my GPU all over again
german is pbt i think
how can i see my tracking?
Access and edit your orders, connect your discord and manage your Wooting account.
Where do you find the location for the keyboard shipment
Just got mine!
@dull flax Yours is sent yet?
I use an app. Not sure if i'm allowed to share it. But check #📦│batch_updates and there's a link there that updates every so often.
ye yesterday
You just got tracking? Or they picked it up too?
got tracking an says sent to destination country
Hmm
Today I finally got departure to destination country, only took 9 days 🤣
And now it also shows up in my country's post app.
If I'm uber lucky.
It might reach here tomorrow and clear custom friday and is sent to me and I can get it Saturnday
But my best guess is next week.
wow, I didn't expect the 60he to sound this good
either that or my old razer kb just sounded terrible lmfao
yes.
lmaoooo
did someone pre-order the keyboard on November and got it
almost everyone now
60HE? AVR airfreight?
if you didnt pay for air freight, the ship will dock at around 15th july at which point shipping will start for that batch
@sullen cobalt
No I payed for air freight
I preordered with airfreight day 1 and still haven't gotten it, but at least it's in transit now.
@magic yacht it says my order is underway
do you have a tracking number?
its already in transit
you should get it very soon
yes I have my tracking number
so 😄
any problems? delays? anything stuck?
any UK additional import fees?
i heavily dont want you to spoil the packaging but in spoilerzone theres been a LOT of discussions, a lot of reviews
apart from a very few QC issues, everyone is absolutely amazed
is anyone having issues with the 50cn springs being magnetic?
im going ahead and lubing my switches and replacing the springs
im noticing that the springs are sticking to the stem
guys how to switch profiles on wooting 60 he?

too lazy to search quick guide online. 😄
I think these live under the fn1 layer
fn + ?
keyboard is fairly advance, don't kick your own shins by not reading this beautiful webpage
@wispy sorrel in the Software or FN + Enter
FN + Enter toggles between the first 2 profiles
whoa, i still have problems typing wrong 😄 is my first 60% keyboard 😄
Same for me
Im guessing they have a huge back log of shit to ship
Well it wasn't stuck. They just hadn't picked it up yet. Was 5 days for me
Or you mean from 27th to 30th?
Yes from 27th to 30th
Have you modded it ? Did it work accordingly?
Oh boy, it seems like the factory changed the material spec last minute. It was non-magnetic in all sample rounds. Please don't do the spring swap yet, we're figuring out what happened and how we're gonna fix it. We'll keep everyone up-to-date
Update: email going out to those affected in a min
well this sucks donkey balls
@zinc sparrow
Crazy a company has reasonable support on discord! Thanks so much for the quick and detailed response!
I assume using these springs for now won’t damage the pcb, but may cause a noisy signal?
I’ve already swapped out half my springs, and would rather keep them in if there is little risk of long term damage
I can't imagine it doing any actual harm to your keyboard to have magnetic springs in there. But it may screw with the hall effect sensor readings at the extremes of the keypress / release
From a physics perspective, this sound reasonable
I’ll just raise my tolerances for now, and wait for replacements
Once we have a solid game plan for how we are going to address this problem, we'll send out communication via email directly.
Thanks for understanding 🙂
Sg. Most of the pain was endured last night by trying to get the springs to align with the stem 🙈
Also, the inner diameter of the springs are slightly smaller than the original, and they don’t seem to sit all the way down on the bottom housing
I think this mostly means that the force curve is slightly greater, and less consistent as each spring grips to the bottom circular thing slightly differently
The switches are still noticeably lighter, which is all I really care about, but maybe worth mentioning
Did you lube them? I changed the springs of one the spares to try it but stopped there cause I had no lube.
@frail junco was ur springs magnetic too?
Yeah
I am lubing them, but went very heavy on the springs because they were binding to the bottom housing.
I only did like WASD + a few nearby keys
I don't plan on finishing it until I get replacement springs in.
I haven't noticed any issues so far, but over time the springs may gain more of a polarization so it may cause problems down the line.
I didn't notice any binding even with out lube, I might just do wasd and leave it there.
Is anyone using the GMK joystick with their keyboard? I mainly want to take advantage of low actuation and tachyon mode. Should I leave it on digital profile with no gamepad setting? Just trying to figure out how to prevent the keyboard and joystick from fighting each other in game
Keyboard still haven't reached my country.
Which means there is no official no chance for me to get it this week 😭

Alert!!!
It actually did reach my country an hour ago. And seemed like it skipped customs and is already sent to me.
I actually usually get it next day when it's in this location. I might get it tomorrow 😂👍
@coral aurora what tracking app are you using?
Mine is still stuck at "processing completed at origin"
Local mail has taken it over, so I just use that one now.
Is it normal for it to be in transit via air for 7 days :/
Orders shipping to NL, DE, BE, and US typically deliver within 7 days.
Orders shipping within the EU and UK typically deliver within 14 days.
Outside of those regions, most shipments globally will deliver in 1-3 weeks, but this can vary quite a bit.
Also you're probably confusing air freight shipping with last-mile shipping; air freight references the trip from the manufacturer to our warehouse while last-mile shipping is from our warehouse to your front door.
I'm sorry - fourteen days within the EU? That's new to me. Maybe 3 max within the EU.
If that's true it's time to find a new warehouse 😄
More like new parcel carrier
It shouldn't take 14 days if the parcel carrier has their shit together
... but they don't
What? I have literally never had a package within the EU take anywhere near that long. Covid or otherwise.
(Once it's actually picked up of course)
It's not common for it to take that long, but having sent hundreds of shipments to various EU nations in the last few weeks, there have been more than a couple orders that seemingly sat around waiting for export for a week or more
Just this week I had confirmation of a package finally delivering within the EU that went 15 days without any update to the tracking
Poor customer had about lost hope, but they're happy now 🙂
What - and I cannot stress this enough - fudge is going on with your potal system 😄
I've ordered shit from all over europe for months. Italy, Germany even Netherlands (Cause Y'all have so many international brand warehouses there). 3 day average.
so why when i ordered the springs in UK it said 3-5 days to deliver?
5th day now and nothing
Yea average, sure, but with hundreds or thousands of shipments, the 1% edge case situations is still a large number of orders
You're not wrong haha
But those timeframes are more of a "you should be concerned if it's taking longer than x timeframe, up until then there's nothing to do but wait it out in anguish"
@obsidian stirrup hello mark my shipment has been stock since 27th of jun ? is there a problem
Most likely not, just the parcel carrier being slow or not updating.
You can dm me your order number and I'll confirm if you like
@obsidian stirrup ok
Received, tried, not yet tweaked. Keyboard feels good, wrist rest is good, lighting effects are cute. Will tear apart and tune probably over the next week or so
it is impossible for a shipment to stuck for more than a week in one place
@proven junco mine is, so yes. pretty sure it's considered snail mail once it hit my country.
I think the problem with company that shipping our keyboard
probably. i'm in canada so it went dhl to usps to canada post which is stuck in customs for a week now. lol.
oh well, hopefully it moves next week.
canadian customs are probably wondering why a keyboard costs so much money
only seen the free ones that come with a dell
amusing that dhl couldn't take it directly to canada
Eta shipment in the Netherlands 12/07/22 23:00 🔥
Is there anyone that doesn't get his keyboard?
I'm running into a very strange bug with my keyboard. My escape key only works with tachyon mode.
Turning it off makes it just not work..
Please ask over in #archived_helpdesk_for_keyboards
Same ordered on air freight EU-Gamma idk when its coming, its still pending
seeing all these reviews and im getting restless
ask Mark in the morning
he can tell you more detailed status
fast af boooiii
mine is still out somewhere too D:
stay strong brother
mine has been stuck for a week, if it doesn't move by Friday it's probably lost or stolen. no way it takes a week for a status update.
I got some problems with me 60HE my Spacebar sometimes dont react after i pressed it. Am I the only one with this problem? Its rly annoying
Should i post my problem there or what should I do?
...yes
Love this keyboard so far, only gripe I have is the 50cN springs are magnetic
I'll probably never use the wrist rest tho, having a hard time getting use to it. And it's impossible to game on, so probably won't bother changing i just to type. That being said, I am using it right now.
yeah its a defect
For those interested, we uploaded the 60HE design files for case / plate / foam / everything: https://github.com/WootingKb/wooting-design/tree/main/wooting-60he
very nice

Deep dive into the outstanding Wooting 60HE keyboard. This has a lot of things going on I've never seen in a keyboard and solves a lot of the issues people have with prior analog keyboards. There's plenty of feat...
This is how to do a damn good review
yeah he knows his stuff
Well not the title
i love how he said that in 7 years he has no complaints for like the first time ever
mine is still stuck in customs (probably)
D:
ive officially ran out of pants to shit in
😩
nice review
Can anyone find my name on the Wooting 60 HE box where does it say my name Mickey can you send me a picture?
BadSeedTech is a beast hes the reason i bought Durgod Hades 68
Someone tried switch pads? Would they mess up the magnetic sensor because of the added distance between PCB and switch?
does the switch even touch the PCB
Don't think anyone has bothered to desolder switches and put foam on a part that doesn't come in contact with the plate or keycap.
the 60HE is hot swap? I guess switches are touching the PCB. I use switch pads on every keyboard but with normal switches and not Lekker ones
im not quite sure where the desolder part of that statement applies, this is the 60he channel we're talking about 60HE appliances
The TOP half is hotswap.
The switch is not in contact with*' the PCB at all. Only the sensor.
the sensor is also not on the same side with of the PCB facing the switch
I presume this is for dampening vibrations right?
You need to ask if this would make any difference because the switch has no contact with the PCB from what I know (maybe if you press the switch hard enough it flexes against the pcb?)
maybe @hexed scarab knows something about this
yep it's for sound but after thinking more about it I it's unnecessary because the Lekker switches have no "mechanical" parts in them like a classic switch. Also the switch pads make the bottom out softer and this shouldn't be a problem with a open bottom like the Lekker.
if you want to dampen the sound of switches then it best way is to lube them
for the keeb overall try out tape mod, pe foam, etc
tape mod and lubing was on the mod list anyway but thanks ;)
Do not recommend. You can definitely do it but there’s really no benefit in comparison to the danger of compromising accuracy
I’ve also tried it myself once, but didn’t see it improve anything
I have switch pads on mine, analog works as expected. But I haven’t directly compared with and without, so idk if it’s worth it.
The 60he?
You're within your rights to return within 14 days regardless but if there's a defect im sure it can be resolved :)
What's the defect?
Shipping damaged wouldn't really be the same as defect, If there's an issue during transit or the item has an issue you will be looked after.
Whether you choose to return or be given replacement parts/or board
Shipping damage has to be reported to Wooting and the shipper. Not just a case of sending it back.
But that IS what will eventually happen if it's bad.
At any rate - Wooting will take care of you. Just a question of time to get things sorted with the courier if it goes bad 🙂
wait the eu/international site still has the AVR model. is there any issue with ordering on the eu site and have it shipped to US to get something sooner?
Customs fees, delivery time.
But entirely possible.
its not in stock on na site so i dont really have another option besides preordering ARM or buying from a scalper
It's still going to arrive in weeks if you order it from EU. Is it 4-6 weeks I believe? Unless you pay for express shipping. And then I hope you check up with customs and import fees to your US state.
it didnt give me any options, but it said ups worldwide express when i was checking out
never paid an import/customs fee
guess im going with this route unless something more reasonable pops up on ebay or if theres any excess stock that might show up on the na site
No one said it was paid up front.
I strongly suggest reading up on import costs just in case - Some states don't care, others... well.

You won't have to deal with import taxes or duties when you purchase from eu/international and you live in the USA. Taxes are deducted at checkout
United States has exemption up to 800 USD
yeah i found that when i dug deeper into some faq. i realized i made a typo, i meant i've never paid an import fee so far on anything (not that i didnt for this order)
appreciate the help though
Quick question. Does the 60HE AVR have the rapid trigger and those new features for games like valorant, etc?
Yes. It has EVERYTHING for the forseeable future.
Thank u ❤️
Based United States
so if we didn’t get an email we’re good?
All of the springs that were produced and shipped were defective, send an email to social@wooting.io to get a replacement set (in a few weeks) or a refund (~immediately)
if i know absolutely nothing about replacing things on a keyboard and so to not risk anything i just leave it all as is, what’s the downside to it? what am i missing out on with the defective springs
To be clear, this is only in reference to the separate lighter springs product that are optionally available to mod your default switches with
These
so if i never planned on modding the keyboard at all i shouldn’t worry?
Yea it sounds like you didn't get these springs included with your order, so you're in good shape
ohhh wait so the actual 60he is perfectly fine, the only “defect” is within the above switches which were a separate thing to order so if i didn’t get them it doesn’t affect me? That’s a relief if so. thought the 60he had defective springs or whatever at first. ty !!
Correct. 🙂
thank you.
its here!!
is the wrist rest actually worth it? or nah skipped over it in initial purchase of wooting60he and missed the discounted price, should I still buy it?
Personally it doesn't work for me but A LOT of people here use it and seem to love it.
have an issue where space gets caught for a bit on this keeb
has anyone else had this issue?
Stuck spacebar?
yeah
its the stab i figured that much out
if i hit it on the left side the key is perfectly fine
middle-right side it gets caught
first time using rapid trigger, feels like im worse with it
highlights the mistakes in my movement alot more..
is there anything i can do to fix this stab problem without flat out replacing it?
Tried pushing down on both stabs?
its not an issue in game because of it being an issue on the right side but its still extremely irritating for typing
yeah
Tried pulling the keycap off and putting it back on again?
the right side when pressed has a sort of clicking sound
yeah
tried flipping the cap as well like i normally do
as i said its only an issue when pressed mid-right
Hmm... Not sure what's causing it. But I am also not a switch/stab engineer 😄
You can try asking over in the actual support channel for these things, #archived_helpdesk_for_keyboards - And failing that send Wooting a mail about some RMA support for stabs.
it sounds as if the stab itself is stuck to something on the right side
honestly i might just use this as an excuse tobuy stabs
lol
Go less sensitive first.
Does this keyboard get u banned in valorant? I heard if u open the wonting software you get banned
...what?
Shitty anti-cheat aside - No. . . Using the Wooting (Wonting? lmao) does not get you banned in Valorant. Hell we have several profiles for it.
Just got this thing and ran it through valorant and apex, this might actually be an endgame keyboard
facts
How can I put a gaming mode?
So that if I press by mistake windows switch it will not apply?
Is start button the wooting logo?
...yes?
(Questions you could literally answer by pressing a button faster than typing out a whole ass question 😄 )
@pale rover decided it was funny to make it Fn + Caps + Start actually
U wot
FINALLY. may i have the role now ?😅
You can get it on https://hub.wooting.io
Access and edit your orders, connect your discord and manage your Wooting account.
there’s no redeem redward or claim role button. i swear there once was when i very first made an account and i clicked it but nothing happened
hm
Can you try unlink and link again? Do you see your 60HE order in the Hub orders list?
Man batch gamma sea freight
i see my order in the list, unlinked and linked again and still nothing. Doesn't anyone here just have perms to add? Just bugged on my end
thank you whoever gave it
