The video guide is just saying you can use the screw to help align the usb port but it’s absolutely not necessary usually

For example my tofu60 doesn’t use the screw since I have custom grounding sponge installed and it lines up fine

Kilmat will just super dampen your board and will just sound kinda meh (unless you want silent vs deep), poron foam makes it deeper sounding by killing higher frequencies, and pairing it with another deeper switch (UR ice equivalent) will make it sound deeper without needing PC

I wanted to try a new switch as I've already have the raws, raptors stem swaped v1, tikken, and jades, I do like the 3.5 of the geon so I kinda wanted something like that, I don't care about rbg as much as i turn it off, I saw some that i wanted to try like the ur ice ultras but what are some recs that you guys would rec.

rn im waiting for my keyboard to arrive but i have the jade deltas and ice ultras. for me i find the ice ultras to be pretty nice sounding a middleground mix of like thocky mixed with a higher pitched sound which i think sounds good imo i also have the jade deltas which idk how they compare to the jades but i find them to be more of the traditional clacky

It's a cleaner type of case foam. Doesnt affect the frequencies all that much in how the board sounds. Depending on how much you put, it will remove or lessen the case noise overall

The pallet cleanser of case foam unlike epdm or like silicone which has a bigger affect in frequencies
