typically if it were me, i'd switch to a different mount, preferably friction mount, either friction pad or use a gummy oring to friction mount (i did this in the video)
Use either EPDM case foam or Polyfill
Tape mod this bih, if you money to spare, go ahead and get yourself keebtape
See you could try to do pe foam mod only if the sheet is like 0.025mm thick (iirc)

and switch wise, well wtv you're discussing right now but you can still make herz work

ive had issues with my german iso Enter key getting stuck because the keycap itself was rubbing on the stabilizer housing and i had to literally file down the keycap to make it work. your spacebar itself looks pretty f´d tbh. id try it with another spacebar keycap and if it still stays down it might be to much lube in the stabilizers or something havin extra friction

i've never had that issue myself, but i use a metal puller which grips the sides a lot better

most important part is usually making sure your puller has a good grip on the top and bottom sections first

at that point you're very all-in on the whole deep keyboard thing anyway, so must as well go the whole way
