It has the tikken as default, and based on the sound test on wooting channel, it's closer to how my 80he moded sounds like.

Just deeper by 2-4 semitone

Will be more wobbly, and slightly different sound to it. If you handlube DCF, it’ll be pretty similar in terms of poppiness

I enjoyed the tikkens until the top wobble started to annoy me like the Jade pros did to me 😭

😂 yeah I heard the wobble is not quite as good. The DCFs are nice for sure. Haven’t thought of hand lubing them. Is there a big difference?

My only complaint with dcf is They feel a little “stiff” to me. I’m coming from raws though

I didn’t think there would be, but after opening them up the stem has decent lube but everything else is rather dry. I like having a poppy feel to the switch and after Handlubing them, they sounded and felt a little more lively. You could run them stock for a bit and see if you’d like that added

So if you enjoy how poppy tikkens are, I’d recommend Handlubing your DCF

Hard to quantify with holy80 case holes, but if you take into account the context of the build and lower the pitch by 1-2 decibels it gives you another idea of how it could sound on a different setup

i just test fit the spacebar with the original wooting screws just to make sure the spacebar is lubed correctly.

I cannot explain how suprised i am at the difference these knight v4 stabs make. They are absolutely perfect.

these stabs with the owllab TI has completely changed the sound. so far its just the spacebar too. havent even done the rest yet.

Also fr4 plate hasnt arrived yet so ill be swapping that out eventually too.

it's pretty hard to mess up lube on knight v4 is why it's popular

since it's double injection tpu inside, just the light lube is all that's needed for no rattle

i got the stock wooting stabs pretty good. but there was an ever so slight tick i just couldnt get rid of no matter how many atempt to balance and lube. These were just first attempt. very light lube and theyre spot on.
