Well I can say this first, keep in mind, one thing doesn't change the whole board in how it sounds, your keyboard sound profile is based on every parts of your keyboard, keycaps, all the way down to the case. You can already tell based on switching out the switches alone and it still isn't quite how you want it to sound.

Anyways besides that, there are cases out there that supports a GH60 layout that is compatible to the Wooting 60HE like Tofu60 redux, alumaze, frog mini leggera T, Fjell, and etc. All provide different weight and also different density in its material. The more dense the better in term of cleanliness from case ping and all that. I'm saying all this just based on the question of where you said "clean sound". It might not be the information you need but it's a good thing to know

Besides this, you can't really just get "silent thock noise" just from a case. Nor is it really possible with HE boards anyways. Thock isn't really a thing, just a buzzword.

My suggestion going from stock prebuilt 60he+ is like what shafie said,
get a softer plate material that absorbs more frequencies like PC (you can buy one from Wooting's website), PP, or POM. Get some Thicker PBT keycaps, use different mounts like friction mount (can also get from Wooting), switches that provide a deeper, or lower pitched sound compared to others, use foam or sound deadner, and yeah case a case that you like.
