at some point your springs will start getting crunchy

the split stem seems to cause airy chattery sounds. But on flip side it does feel insanely stable and smooth - it's like TTC Pom but when you wiggle the switch you don't feel it hitting the sidewalls so it feels very smooth

Depends on if there's noise coming specifically from the stabs, like rattling or ticking

You could certainly add some lube if you think there's sound coming from the wire to stab connection

Changing stabs usually don’t change much unless you have specific issues like Turing said. Then you can just either lube/tune or just buy prelubed/tuned if you want plug and play

But my guess is it's just the sound of the big spacebar cavity vibrating and that foam will be a good bet

If you have something around the house you could test the theory before buying, like putting a strip of fabric in there or something. Or some packing foam IDK.
