they've never given the initial force

if you're someone that notices stem wobble they are a noticable upgrade over gateron jades. TTC pom are also a noticable upgrade in that regard, although sound wise those are higher pitched and need a hand lube if you're sensitive to chatter sounds (they are not properly factory lubed)

ttc pom vs owlab are very different switches though since one is walled stem and one is mx stem. They feel a little different at bottom out

i think it's just the mic and style used. A lot of people recording don't realise some of those mics if you're not careful with mic position and settings it seems to auto filter out a lot of the chatter frequency

having mic too close actually makes everything sound super deep and thocky

you can't really. You could try pe foam mod but that has mixed results - you can't force the switch to sound different to what it is

end of the day to really get that sound profile you need to wait for someone to invent a switch that completely changes the sound profile of existing he switches

If you want nice quality keycaps I’d probably recommend non shine thru or you’ll be stuck with the default
Wooting colors if that’s not something you want

As the other ones you’ll find won’t be great quality wise
