Super quick and rough look at polar pro+ vs poms

Definitely clacky pitch is a little lower than poms. Wobble is just as good as poms from a feel perspective, no idea about actual gauss comparison though

due to the round stem you notice the stem wobble a lot less than boxy pom stem, which could be why some folks are saying they have less stem wobble than poms (looks like sameish amount of wobble to me)

I’d say poms have a tad less top wobble

stock lube is very light too. There's a little bit on the rails but it's extremely light, I would definitely self lube these

will have to play more with them properly in a board, but i think they're a nice small upgrade from poms in that I don't feel the stem as much when using them while they still feel very stable, but need to play around more and see how it feels over time

the split stem is a pain in the ass to lube, but you can see in first and second video the difference. There's a lot of muffled rattle if you don't hand lube (similar to unlubed ttc)

hand lubing requires you taking apart the stem then lubing the inside then lubing the other little part as well, probably take you twice as long to lube a set of these vs. normal switches

i think round stem might be the future honestly

get the stability benefit of square walled stem but doesn't have that distinct top/bottom left/right feel when you wobble the square stem against the housing

A while back I failed to pull the trigger on the jade pro’s, which at the time were a top “light but long spring” contender….along with the….Magneto and Uranus esport or something?? I saw above the UR Ice Ultra’s being discussed and they looked good also. They are $32 committed to $56 for jade pro. Can’t find any reviews. Worth trying or just go for Jade pro still? Or another option I’m unaware of?
