If you have a slower pad then you can go for jade skates which should be pretty fast and smooth. imo the weight of the mouse only plays a role in what skates to get depending on if you find it more difficult to control versus 35-50g mice

typeplus is the tightest by a little bit, but whether that's good for you or not is a preference thing - some folks don't like their stabs that tight, some do
