tracking teaches you control. Flicks are fine but they are unreliable. Tracking is slower but its more reliable and stable. Think of tracing a spot some distance from a wall, or tracking a player as they peek wide. You can flick ahead but if they juke you that's GG

Speaking of stabs @harsh dove my spacebar wire kept popping out of my housing with the knight v3's when I would swap the spacebar keycap, so I changed the wire to another brand and it works great. Those v3 wires are def smaller diameter.
