Alright, if it’s just the travel that you want to limit, go with some washers (you can choose different kinds of materials which each affect sound [and feel] differently).

Silicone washers dampen the bottom out sound greatly for example.

The reason I also say there isn't a best is because not everyone may want the most stable switch, or may not like the sound of said switch, everyone is looking for something different, but if we want to talk about "best stability" then currently the TTCs are on top of that list followed closely by Jade Pros, which also compete with the new Owlabs Ti HE and Duhuks in terms of stability but haven't seen test of those yet

That's why I find it cringe when people come in here asking for a switch and people just shout "POMS" without explaining anything about the switch

1) barely any wobble its slightly more stable than koms
2) super smooth, 15mm 50gf spring
3) sounds like a louder duhuk core mix with kom
4) the stem is way too big to spring swap - bigger than duhuk, kom, jade etc
