honestly assuming venom auto cal is decent any would work, but picking the one closest to your travel distance is probably giving a better starting point for auto cal

To my knowledge the magnetic flux is different between switch manufacturers as well, so Geon stuff might be different from Gateron stuff, so the PCB needs to know which one is in use

So the question is which flux in the list resembles the ones in the Raeds

Auto calibration compensates and adjusts for this on the fly, switch picker just starts you off closer to the end result so auto calibration can save time

Yes and no, the pcb auto calibrates and reads the flux values on its own even if you pick a switch, it's just using that "selector" as a starting point or base value
