with RT, it shouldn’t. The “Tap” activates when a key is released, so with mech it would be all the way up beyond the actuation point but with HE and RT, it should be almost instant.

Duhuk with Raw top housing (they are identical).

Duhuk with Raw bottom housing (Duhuk’s bottom housing is actually a closed-bottom Raw bottom housing rather than a generic Hejin closed-bottom bottom housing). Doesn’t seem to affect wobble. Sound of course is affected, slightly lower pitched than with Duhuk’s bottom I’d say.

Duhuk’s travel, 3.35 - 3.38 (from 6 switches).

Duhuk with Raw bottom housing travel is identical.

Duhuk’s with Lekker bottom housing (fantastic for quiet stuff, wobble seems to be slightly worse during the press but is unaffected at top and bottom out. A slight issue is that because the magnet of the Duhuk stem protrudes, it actually sticks out of the bottom housing slightly which might hit the PCB [will test more someday]).

I’d say in terms of wobble alone they’re better than both Gateron’s and Hejin’s previous switches.

Sound is subjective but I think people will like a quieter top out with a clackier bottom out.

Curious about two parts compared to raws:

1. Is there any of that sticking near the top?
2. This is hard to evaluate early on, but any sense of the build quality/durability?

1. Not at all. Presumably because the top side of the rail isn’t flat like with the Raw HEs but has a “spring”.
2. Bottom housing is interesting, quality feels and looks higher than Hejin’s previous bottom housings. Top housing is just Raw’s, nothing really special about it, feels good. The diffuser is quite tight in the top housing, when you open it, it stays with the top housing until you push it down, perfectly fine just noticed that. Stem, not sure yet. The spring mechanism seems fine and does what it’s supposed to, but it’s slightly different from the other silencing mechanism like it in that both springs “point” away from the diffuser rather than one away from the diffuser and one towards the diffuser (if that makes sense). Not sure if that’s impactful in any way, probably not as the switches have very little wobble anyway.

Rather odd behavior. With Woot’s firmware, it doesn’t “bounce back” like the other guy showed with his board. It just steps? Maybe it bounces back so fast that the board doesn’t register it which would be questionable.
