I am looking for a new keyboard since my USB connectector is failing slowely.
So give's me a reason to make a step from cherry red towards HE keyboard but then only the Module so i can customize my own keyboard.

I was thinking to go for an Wooting 60HE+ with Gateron jade max switches.
Only i am so new into building it from a module towards working keyboard, so i dont know what kind of cases will fit, i saw on reddit a link but compatibility only that list is quite outdated many of the cases are not for sale anymore.

(I'm from The Netherlands, so preferable to buy something inside the EU due extra ripped off costs @ customs XD).

anybody that can guide me a lil bit towards what i am looking for, i want to get away from the clicky sound like i have rn

As rule of thumb though, cf is lively and stiff compared to fr4 which is lower pitched and tends to be softer

fr4 is the same material most pcb’s are made of and can either come off as thin or just generally muting

cf on the other hand is much higher pitched and louder, more comparable to metal plates like aluminum or brass but without metallic resonance
