they have 2 branches, a stable one and a beta one. the stable branch has no control for the led for the caps lock, and the rt setting can only go to 0.1 instead of 0.04 in the beta branch
(not sure if they updated the stable branch though)

with raws, i can hold down a key and wiggle it without accidentally releasing at 0.06mm. 0.04mm had some issues in my experience.
jade pro can do 0.04 ez, i would think pom can do 0.04 as well.

not sure how great raed would work with benom, since the way the calibration is done may not be the same as wooting.
