tofu redux is gud too, with some silicone cover on the stand offs, and a friction pad, you essentially get a heavier optimum (if you have the brass weight)

actually if you dont have any silicone cover on it, and you are not doing tape mod, then the pcb would dirctly sit on top of the case standoffs, and be grounded.

You do have to tighten the screw so the bottom of the screw head sits against the PCB. You can’t have it loose.

You could but I wouldn’t. The less standoffs, the more consistent the sound will be. I wouldn’t recommend using the optional standoffs for that reason.

You don’t necessarily, but stem spacers should do the trick if you get the Jade space bar uptick issue. I got new ones bc I was too lazy to tune/lube the stabs and was able to find what I wanted predone.

Could be the spacebar is warped, check and make sure the stabilizers are fully installed and flush against the PCB or the Plate depending on which ones you have, and if you're lubing, make sure you don't over lube.

I really really wanna try alu

But I heard and know that ALU maybe hard to work with depending on the board

CAM said he easily got his alu plate to sound good in his opti case so I'm confident abt it

But so far CF is serving me well
It's brightness just shines it soul at me
