Yeah. They have open space around the toes and their top material is much more flexible than other shoes and you basically stand right on the shoe's insole. The idea is that it gives the toes more space to spread so you don't end up having mangled toes from shoes that have narrow frames, but the flexibility ends up catering to other foot-related issues as far as I know

Some of them look pretty goofy, but that's more a brand/manufacturer thing, than the type of shoe itself

Does any1 know if there exists a 3d model of the 80HE that I could use in blender? I want to design/3d print some custom shaped keycaps, but I'm not a great modeler so modeling the keyboard layout with perfect measurements is too great of a challenge for me. I basically just want to use the model to line up the pins correctly.

They work mostly the same on all keys except letters

for some reason on letters, actuation point beyond 1.3mm will cause the key to just not work anymore

I think they are, the lekkers are very hollow sounding and sound similar to my old razer huntsman switches which I didnt like very much. RAWs/Jades have alot more punch to them and sound closer to trad MX switches.

you dont necessarily need them, but you can use spacers on the stock stabs which accomplishes the same thing if you run into the space bar sticking up problem

that being said i am replacing mine using the Knight V2 stabs

I really like the clear Knight gold wire look on them tho

I think alot of ppl opt for the TX AP stabs or the Knight V2s for the top two most common long pole stabs

He's referring to its travel distance. So the jade pros are a 3.5mm travel, and as long as its not absurdly fast as like a 3.1mm travel, you dont need to replace as long as you have adequate keycaps. That being said it is optional since not everyone experiences the the non long pole stab issue with Jades
