No, I switched to Jades, lubed and greased the stabs, tape modded the space bar and put foam between the PCB and the case and now it sounds good 🙂 I love the style as well. Just the RGB shining through the Lekker caps does not look that good. I still hope you will created upgraded ones 😉

But after reading around about tray mounts, just had all screws very loosely in and it sounds a bit better to me (how it is in the video now)

Personally I dislike the backspace as it seems a bit louder than everything else
But this keyboard mainly for gaming so I won’t be using it as much

They are for MX switches in general. For keycaps MX means the stem shape of the switches.

So they are compatible with all switches that have the stem in the shape of a “+”.

Staebies are much closer to switch tolerances but the reason why many stabilizers are loose is because people want to use keycaps that may be slightly out of spec. So the loose stabs can remain functional even when used in combination with out of spec keycaps.

Tighter stabs can’t handle lower quality keycaps and will bind up.

Even some higher quality keycaps are still “out-of-spec” and thus can’t be used.

yesnt ipa is usable as a degreaser but only for the slightest of grease stains

or youre lucky and whatever grease you wanna clean can be dissolved with IPA

normally for removing majority of grease from my kitchen pans i would reach for a paper towel

and lastly, if going for dish soap bath, be careful with water temperature - test on one switch first - because you may risk warping the plastic under heat

hello i have some question. Does the color of the keyboard strap match the keycaps (for example, if the keycaps are dye-sub black and white, will the strap also be changed to black and white)? Also, I saw in the Q&A section that the Hall sensor detection will not detect the magnet inside the magnetic axis other than Lekker. I personally have some Gateron jade switches. If they are not compatible, will the failure of this sensor to trigger affect any specific functions?

Yes but the Lekker V2s and the Raptor HEs use the same stem and bottom housing (they’re both by the same manufacturer) so there’s no benefit like there was with Lekker V1s.

You can use the Lekker V1 stem in the Lekker V2 housing though.

That gets you the same thing as the Lekker V1 stem in the Raptor HE housing (stem swapped Raptors).
