I have tried various HE keyboards, including the SIKAKEYB HM66, and the wooting settings are the simplest and best.
The SIKAKEYB HM66 has great performance but the software is terrible😇

Well springs if you want to bag lube then you use gpl 105 oil

I prefer the plastic plate over the metal one, it is softer on your finger and makes the sound deeper almost, the aluminum plate makes a ting sound when you type. I just have the plastic plate wooting (My phone hates the name Wooting) sells

but I think the switch doesnt matter much, just the tension of the spring

I've been a long time on jades which are 40-45g and I liked it, but maybe this time I will go for 50-60g on raws

springs on wooting-compatible switches are bigger in diameter cause magnets are big

normal mech switches have narrower springs

which is why you have to look for springs that would fit HE switches specifically

If you want, do a layer of painters tape then put electrical over it

But I wouldn't do electrical on the bare pcb
