just use thick teflon (krytox nlgi 2 or bdz) or ptfe (superlube syncolon ptfe) grease and fill out the stab slider where the wire goes in… works every time ;)

won’t go bad. this kind of lube usually won’t dry out but separate into oil and particles or builds an oxygen layer but that takes many years and is unlikely with factory lube which is usually a more densely blended lube

I think it can work if you get a plate that has standard 60% layout and just drill holes for the standoffs similar to the CF plate that you have, for example

just need to make sure there's enough metal for the standoffs to be placed

1 Khz polling has been the standard for a long time. It's a relatively new thing for peripherals to use higher polling.

It makes more sense for mice than keyboards, but assuming your PC can handle it the increased polling is not a bad thing.

I don't think you'll regret using a 60he over the 80he as long as you prefer the smaller layout. The polling rate is not a tangible difference in game. It's more of a future proofing sort of thing. We may one day reach gameplay with high enough fps, and monitor refresh rates that you begin to notice it. We aren't there yet.

I prefer tofu, i like both of their looks but the aluminum thickness between the two, tofu wins. Alumaze's aluminum case is pretty thin which can lead to ping and hollowness.

I don't think there's a hall effect equivalent to that same sound - but if you're after more clack probably swapping out the switches for Jades or Raw HEs would be your best bet
