Yes, Id use Rapid Trigger and the Alternative toggle is really personal preference, with it enabled, it feels more natural to get used to SOCD, then you can turn it off later if you wish or just simply try both out and see how you feel.

The optical reds have much more space between the stem and housing so while you don't get any friction, they are much more prone to stem wobble

I just specified what kind of stabs I was planning to use, i.e plate mount, pcb mount or screw-in. Also added that I wanted the screwholes to be countersunk
