the reddit post is just a more soft solution with thicker orings, but requires slightly longer screws

most people will do a light coat on the stem, stem rails, bottom housing rails and maybe the cylinder in the bottom housing

top housing is optional, some have tried it before and noticed it just wears off quickly

I also bag lubed my springs

The switch tape mod is taped onto the rails of the top housing, also you dont lube the top housing before you tape it because thats just going to make it fall off

I could cancel the wooting keycaps and accept that there will be 2 different shades of black, in addition I'll get a refund of 20 bucks since I cancelled the wooting keycaps. what profile are the wooting keycaps? I think the keycaps you've shown are cherry profile, but the wooting ones may be OEM (they also have cherry too iirc)

so if you want to mix them together, make sure that they are the same profile (even then they may be slightly different)

the white things are switch films, but there's no need in them for geon raw he's, they are already good

switch films and pads, generally not needed for wooting. the black ones go on the PCB, the clear ones go between the switch housings. the black ones you can try, the clear aren't needed

I put 2 orings around the screws under the pcb tho just to create a bit of a gap

the first one works for 2 switch types. the 4 in the second photo open gateron style switches, some others like Kailh's use the one in the first photo that are wider

yeah I would not bother with holee mod and any stabilizer mods, the stabs on 80he should be good and you can always tune them later
