I’d do .16mm, no thicker (at least for PLA), and I would lube the switches at the same time. Otherwise you’ll probably run into some switches sticking towards the top on light presses

You put a giant rubberband around the side of the PCB and it holds the PCB in the case.

one thing you should be wary on the oring mount. if you're not careful, the pcb can get stuck on the case. so just be careful

Using krytox would concern me. It's very runny, and stabilizers are open to air and even with molykote, it drips a bit onto the PCB as is. Krytox might just fall off over time.

Gummy O Ring Mounting (Friction Mounting) is like Mansen said where you take a giant O ring (Graveshift/Bakeneko60 rings) and stretch it around the PCB and place it into the case.
However, this is not possible with the Wooting60HE+ Module due to the screw-in stabilizers.

Less friction.

By not screwing it in and instead using a big o-ring to hold it to the sides, suspended it should produce less noise.

But apparently traditional o-rings won't fit around the PCB due to the screw in stabs.
