You need to take like 7 keycaps off. Unscrew. Pick up the whole thing out of the plastic case. Place it in the new case and screw the screws back in and out the keycaps back on. It shouldn't take any longer than like 5 minutes.

Yeah it really shouldn’t require a lot of force at all for burger mount , if you’re applying excessive force to screw it in, I would check to make sure it’s actually lined up on the stand offs and usb port properly. Don’t want too apply a bunch of force and potentially damage your PCB

When I had burger mount I barely applied any pressure at all when screwing in the screws because I just want them barely threaded in so they float on the silicone o-rings

You don’t want to compress the o-rings too much because then they can become uneven or squished out of place

I just gave my feedback, which is subjective like every review (even positive ones).

That’s funny how you had 0 complaint about it, since there is literally 0 reviews on your website about it. A lot of people gave review on your other products (mainly the deskmat, which is what you’re known for, I own one myself and it’s very good, ain’t gonna lie, this is just famous because you’re owning the market of 60 % cut deskmat which is a size that keyboards enthusiast really enjoy).

But yeah, your thock films, I will repeat, they are REALLY BADLY MANUFACTURED and they are really bad. I ordered poron ones and 1 side is poron and the other side has plastic reflection. Which change alot of things when it comes to dampening sound. Also they are really hard to install. Besides that, let’s enumerate :
Literally 0 reviews / 0 tests on your thock films.
You said it’s in sale since 1 year, it’s been 1 year I’ve seen since 6 months and more that you said you will make the QR code works and we’re almost in 2024, I received them yesterday and the QR code went to a dead link (lol).
