Doesnt sound like anything is rattling, just sounds hollow. Try putting the spacebar keycap back on backwards and see if the sound stays the same, then I would try filling the spacebar with a little putty or foam.

Did you put any dielectric grease on the wires? If not thats the first thing I would do. 205g is great for switches and stabilizer housing but not ideal for the wires.

Any hardware store will have some and it should be $5 or less

That makes sense and while I'm still getting caught up from being on vacation last week, internal rumblings seem to hint that they are doing some extensive testing like what they did with the uwu to make sure they deliver the best product possible. While the stream did say there was a delay, I cant imagine it would be a big delay as the original hope was to launch the case and module together. I'll reach out and see if I can get some clarity for you guys.

I reached out to the folks in the know and it sounds like they will be providing an official update soon. I'm pretty sure there is a slight delay with the module due to additional testing (not confirmed, but that's my guess reading between the lines) but they did confirm that as part of the update they have some surprise product stuff to talk about that might actually be ahead of schedule.

To help hold you over until the official update, I do know that the aluminum case is launching in 4 colors (4th color has not been leaked to my knowledge) and the final version of the case included a slight adjustment to the USB port dimensions to allow it to be used with all standard GH60/DZ60/Pok3r style PCB's as well. Also, keep your eyes peeled as I've seen the final (I think) professional pics of the upcoming cases and they are BEAUTIFUL!

Any cable within 2m should work, though in some cases you need to keep the LED brightness below 70% to guarantee trouble free performance if tachyon mode is also enabled.

Honestly there shouldnt be a huge difference in overall sound BUT you should notice a difference on specific keys that are near the mount points. The mount point keys when tray mounted will be flatter/muted sounding compared to other keys (even more so when direct mounted and not burger mounted). You will have no muted keys with gummy mount.

Having multiple plate foam choices along with the new plate material and other changes will be fun to start all the testing over again. You might find your switch tape mod doesnt sound great on the module using the silicon foam in an aluminum case, or maybe it sounds even better but sucks in an acrylic case, etc etc
