I think the only difference between keycap sets in terms of quality are how crisp the legends are as well as how vibrant the colors on the keycap are. There is also a very slight sound difference between abs and pbt.

They also come in different thicknesses too but I don't think that changes much

Durock's are still good but I'm forever in the Cherry bandwagon; dirt cheap and reliable imo. Stabs won't make any significant changes to the sound, whereas changing the metal plate would, but options are next to nothing at the moment

That's totally personal preference. If you like a clean look, the Tofu60 redux is the route to go as there is no strap hole or brass accents. However...you would need to be content with a 7-degree typing angle. The Alumaze is going to have the available strap, brass accent, and either a 4 or 7.5-degree typing angle.

I was on a SteelSeries Apex 9 TKL. The key presses there are a little heavier than the L45...so the L60 felt like I was putting in work just pressing some of them.

It took a day or two to get used to rapid trigger as well.
