That’s because some ports give out more watts then others but it can also be in you laptop productive settings so you can chose for example a Lenovo you can put rapid charging mode for both the laptop and your phone

you will only get super subjective stuff on that

but I personally don;t see why one should learn java unless they NEED it for an existing software project

python is super versatile in comparison

and doesn't need all your ram
