Don’t let them get to you. If you don’t know what you’re doing, it can make it much harder. Best thing is to just check if the model ram is on the approved list for the motherboard (most manufacturers have a huge list). If it is an approved expo profile, it should work. Otherwise it may either be wildly unstable, or unusable with the expo profile and you’ll just want to keep it at stock settings.
