Theres a fundamental problem in your typing or keyboard use posture. Just from using a keyboard you shouldnt be getting tennis elbow unless you press unnecessarily hard for hours a day, this for months or years.

Perhaps your elbow sits too high or too low when using your keyboard. Too much flared to one side or the other. Not resting it therefore putting it on constant stress. Just a wrist wrest wont fix it

spring weight has nothing to do with linear/tactile/clicky

linear, tactile and clicky just refer to the shape of the travel so to say. linear means smooth all the way, tactile means there is a bump (and force increase relative to base force) that you need to overcome and clicky is like tactile but makes an audible click noise when the bump is overcome.

Yes - There's no such thing as a low profile wooting keyboard.

Even with a very slim case, you still have standard height HE switches, not low profile ones.
