Well my new GPU and PSU arrived, I changed the PSU and shit doesnt boot - red CPU light comes on motherboard. I tried resetting CMOS, reseating cables on both ends, reseating the CPU, using the old PSU, reseating RAM sticks, booting wirh only iGPU, booting with only one stick, removing CMOS battery for >5 minutes. Is it safe to say that either the motherboard or CPU has died? (I hope this is everything I tried, it’s been a 3h emotional rollercoaster ;D)

If you can't get it to work again with the OLD PSU (yes do try again), after making sure all cables are fully seated AND you are making sure the CPU pins are intact, THEN it will be safe to say the Mobo is cooked.

I tried earlier, but there certainly seems to be a hardware problem, the old PSU not allowing boot to happen (considering it worked earlier) tells me that the new PSU fried/spiked something.
Wether it's the Board or the CPU is unclear, i find it less likely that it's the CPU, because we have no visual pin damage, and any current spike would result in visual marks, coming from the board.

I killed the socket thermal measurement on my board somehow, i think it's thermal paste in one of the pins, even though i thoroughly soaked it and dried it out many times with ISO before.

I have heard only a handful of bad experiences however.

I think the PSU is clearly the source of the problem, but it's unclear if the CPU or Board or both are also damaged, this needs clarification from testing with known working hardware.

It would be for the best to quickly find that out before talking to FSP, in case they can/will provide coverage on the other component, since it's the result of their PSU.

You could use one of those passive cooled cases. I use about 90-100W on my 9800x3d 4k gaming

P1 would thermal throttle it. I personally use a U12A and it keeps it around 65°C (even with getting hit by the GPU heat) and never hear the fans. Sure, adding mechanical parts like fans adds another failure point, but I’d rather buy a Noctua fan with lifetime warranty (even though it isn’t necessarily on paper). I had fans over a decade old I got from Facebook marketplace that were already broken. I messaged Noctua and they sent me brand new fans, stickers, and a keychain fan. But if you run a cpu consistently hot, it will wear out quicker.

The reference people had for oled before they came out was usually LG C series TVs and handhelds. So they expected nice anti-reflective coatings. Then LG monitors come out and are all matte causing great upset

Anyway jokes aside - Ping is the time it takes for data from your PC to reach the server on the other end, through the cities, countryside and countries.

Having ping this low is pretty good, unless you're very close to the server geographically - and/or have fiber internet. More speed means less waiting (theoretically)

There's not a lot you can do on your end to "fix" this. Maybe there's a slight issue with some cables at your ISP, maybe a line between cities broke down, and they have to reroute it through somewhere else.
