Remember to have a letter assigned to EFI system partition so you can point bcdboot to it (that's what the S: is for)

The imagefile should be the big wim file on the install media

It's also possible the installer already applied the image successfully (check the target partition!) in which case you can try just telling bcdboot you want to boot that shit

If all else fail and you don't care about what's on the disk(s) just use diskpart, select them and clean it up to blow away everything, then go through the installer process again
