That's a Windows thing since forever.

You generally want to make sure your OS drive is drive 0. Or there's a risk it throws the boot files on another physical drive than the OS. So just unplug everything but the OS drive for the first install bootup

However none of those come as close to a dyac 2 enable zowie when it comes to motion clarity the circuitry is different and most monitors only use a single backlight system unlike dyac 2 which is dual so the images are just better. Zowie only makes TN so thats why it may sound like i am saying its a panel technology when its just zowies proprietary hardware
