Unfortunately Photoshop remains the most easy to use and potent tool for shipposting edits. Wish I could dump it and Illustrator already.

On Nvidia though... I had my share of problems with 1070Ti, but setting up a PC for my cousin with 4060 was a nightmare
Drivers constantly crashing, sometimes it decided to not output video at all, when I wanted to go to BIOS I had to remove the card altogether and rely on Ryzen's iGPU...

So with frequency more or less doubling from DDR4 to DDR5, we will also see twice as big CL, despite the fact latency is the same

You can buy a 5700X3D and it'll be a CPU upgrade, if you want to do that, it'll slot into that motherboard without you needing to buy one

Also you'll need to make sure that the PSU has 2 8-pin connectors, one that's slotted into your GPU (that is probably an 8 pin, you can count how many wires it has and that's the amount of pins), and a free 8-pin

I looked it up and RTX 3060 seems to use only 1, 4070S uses 2

With proprietary PSUs they might come with no free PSU cables and just the amount it needs which would be a bummer and you'd need to upgrade that
